Organize and carry out managerial affairs in national debt industry, supervise members to follow the laws, rules and policies of the Government and to practice self-regulation in their business, take measures to protect the creditability of the government bonds so as to develop the bond market;

Conduct studies and researches in government bonds, securities and finance, launch academic exchanges and raise suggestions and consulting opinions to related government agencies;

Publicize the policies in the fields of national debts and finance, reflect the movements of the debt market, collect and sort out news and information of the industry from China and abroad to provide informative and consulting services;

Organize and implement training programs so as to improve the working quality of managers and professionals in national debt industry;

Take in and out the suggestions or complaints from members to related agencies to protect members' legal rights;

Organize business exchanges and co-operations with financial institutions at home and abroad, and take all means possible to strengthen the unity and co-operation among NDAC members;

Being entrusted by the government agencies, NDAC assists them in performing related work in government bond issuance and repayment; and in the field of corporate finance of financial institutions and the field of foreign government loans, NDAC assists them in policy publicizing, professional training and consulting services.
